Youth of the YearWhat to Expect
Each year, one exceptional Club member is selected to be the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Gila River Indian Community Youth of the Year, serving as an ambassador for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Gila River Indian Community youth as well as a voice for all of our Community’s young people. These individuals have exemplified the Clubs mission and are proof to the impact the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Gila River Indian Community makes in transforming and saving kids’ lives.
Youth of the Year
Becoming the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Gila River Indian Community Youth of the Year is an exciting and inspiring journey. Each year, Club teens participate in local, state and regional Youth of the Year events. The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Gila River Indian Community’s Youth of the Year is a role model, leader and advocate for the youth served by Boys & Girls Clubs Clubs of the Gila River Indian Community each year, and all of the Community’s young people.
