About the Komatke Branch

The Komadk Vip’op Cheg Che’ Cha He:Mapa Ha Ki (Komatke boys & girls gathering house) or the Komatke Boys & Girls Club is located in the Komadk Village, on the west end of the Gila River Indian Community. We have been serving the youth in the area since 1995. Our club originated in a small building just down the street from our current facility. With a modest start, we are proud to have our current facility which we moved into in 2009. Our facility has 2 gymnasiums, an Art room, Game Room, Computer Lab, Learning Center, Tween Center, Teen Center, Maker Space and full kitchen.

The Komatke Branch is a safe, positive and inclusive place for all youth. Our staff are professional and make every effort to provide club members with the best quality programs and club experience. Our mission it to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens.
